Jetzt sitzen wir beim letzten Frühstück in deiner schönen Wohnung und bereiten uns auf unsere Abreise vor, leider!
Es war wieder sehr schön, wir haben uns noch viel Kultur mit der biennale gegeben. 
Und natürlich gut gegessen, eingekauft für die nipoti  und die Bars und Plätze genossen!
Zweimal habe ich zu Hause gekocht, danke für die scharfen Messer!
Überhaupt muss ich betonen, dass die die Wohnung so gut ausgestattet und alles so sauber und ordentlich ist, einfach wunderbar! Dankeschön!

Thank you so very much for again letting us rent your wonderful apartment in Venice.  It was a pleasure to meet both you and your husband and I hope you enjoyed your time in Venice.  My husband  and I had a wonderful holiday.Everything about the apartment was perfect, the terrace in Spring with the wisteria was so very beautiful and looking over the garden with it’s wonderful plants and trees was just perfect.  Our compliments to your husband for his skills in the garden as both the garden and wisteria were magnificent. We can’t wait until we visit again.  I can’t think of a more suitable place to spend a Spring week. Have a wonderful Spring and Summer and I will contact you again before the year ends to book for next Spring (sooner if we can get time away from work).Thank you for your kindness.

Auch auf diesem Weg wollen meine Frau und ich uns nocheinmal ganz herzlich für die schönen Tage in Ihrer Wohnung “San Giaccomo Terazza” bedanken! Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Venedig wieder sehr genossen und freuen uns schon darauf, bald wieder erholsame Tage entweder in “San Giaccomo Terazza” oder “Rialto Terrazzino” verbringen zu können, denn beide Wohnungen haben einen unvergleichlichen Charme.

The apartment was in a perfect position. Close to the city centre but in a proper residential district away from the cruise crowds! It is an excellent apartment and a great way to see Venice. It was only 10 minutes to the Rialto market but a world away from the tourist traps around St Mark’s.

Just returned from Venice after another excellent stay. I just wanted to say Thank You to all of you . As ever, all our dealings with yourself have been excellent and certainly make the organising of our holiday very easy. Again, the watertaxi was spot on and there really is no better way of arriving in Venice. The apartment was lovely, as ever. It is a beautiful place and is now beginning to feel like our second home! you and Nicoletta did a wonderful job in making us feel welcome. I should like to let you know we have recently returned from a short four night stay in this most wonderful sanctuary of peace and loveliness. We have been to Venice before but to go self catering in somewhere in such perfect condition, in such a quiet residential area yet only one minutes walk from the Grand Canal and close to everything going on was wonderful. Having just gone through the trials of A levels and GCSEs whilst setting up a new business, the peace of the holiday was brilliant. I hope we have the opportunity to return at a later date. Kind regards and many thanks once again, for making a short break a pleasure to organise, it was all really superb.

We arrived home last evening from a wonderful week in Venice. The apartment was superb in every way and even surpassed our expectations. Thank you so much for suggesting to stay in Santa Croce. The neighborhood was a refuge and a delight. From the green grocer to the small restaurants, to children playing in the campo, this section of Venice is superb. Please give our thanks to your daughter who kindly left us a suggested list of places to visit while in Venice. If we decide to return to Venice some day-maybe with our children-we will book the entire house. In rain and sun, the vacation was a delight and Venice the perfect city in which to celebrate my birthday.

We want to take a minute to thank you for making the lovely apartment, Santa Croce Terreza, available to us this past week. It is exactly what we were looking for and it allowed us to share Venice with our family in quiet, luxurious surroundings. The apartment was immaculate and had all of the necessities for our enjoyment. the location was perfect…easy access to the vaporetto and walking distance to the Rialto area. Shopping in the local market and dining each evening in neighborhood restaurants made our week in Venice feel like home!

Just got back from La Serinissima. Once again, the apartment was excellent, with happy memories of our wedding. You always make it a special moment when you arrive, with her warm welcome and sitting on the terrace with a glass of Prosecco and a tray of biscuits is the perfect way to start a holiday. My family greatly enjoyed our stay in the lovely house in Venice taking all three apartments (Santa Croce Giardino – Santa Croce Giardino Due – Santa Croce Terrazza) much the nicest we have ever rented. We were impressed with the fact that the flats were so well furnished and equipped – and also immaculately clean, so thanks to your Nicoletta for that. We all, especially the children, loved having such a large and beautiful garden.

All eight of us enjoyed staying in your three apartments of Santa Croce enormously. We were touched and delighted by the warm welcome which greeted us , and we loved the apartments and their decor. Your Nicoletta was very kind and helpful, and she provided me with some challenging vocabulary exercises as she explained the whereabouts of fridges, washing machines and central heating controls!

Our planes, taxis, arrivals and departures all went perfectly smoothly, and we were immediately able to relax in our comfortable apartments. We all had an extremely happy week, and I was asked to write on behalf of the whole party.

We had the most wonderful time in Venice. The apartment was lovely – spotlessly clean and beautifully renovated. The terrace was just incredible – we spent many happy moments just sitting, the children playing, enjoying the silence of the city, the bells of the churches, the view of the city and the garden, and the shade and fragrance of the wisteria.

The cots for the babies were perfect and the single bed was great for our oldest son. Thank you for all that you did to make it a wonderful stay. We will happily rent your apartments again and have already made several recommendations.

Further to our recent stay over the Christmas period I wish to express the delight and pleasure we experienced staying in the Santa Croce Apartment. It was a home from home and we were made especially welcome by the bottle of Prosecco and the panatone that greeted us on our arrival. The flat, during a bright and crisp Christmas period was warm and comfortable and the cooking facilities could not be criticized by even the most fussy cordon-bleu chef. Surrounded by antique furniture, lovely wooden beams and attractive renaissance paintings we were totally immersed into a fairy tale experience.

Thank you for relocating us in Santa Croce Terrazza when San Polo became unavailable. It is a beautifully furnished and equipped apartment. You have done a wonderful job. I had not been to Venice since the 1980s when I made four visits. It is far more touristy now and this made a stay in Santa Croce so much more attractive. We were able to catch the last week-end of the Bienialle (in torrential rain and an acqua alta) and intend to come for another – hopefully, the next one.

I wanted to let you know that we enjoyed our stay in your Santa Croce apartment. We particularly liked the terrace, shaded by the lovely wisteria. It was good, also, to have a view of the garden especially as the flowers on the oleander trees started to open.

We also were pleased with the location. Although we have stayed in Venice twice previously we hadn’t spent very much time in Santa Croce. So this gave us an opportunity to find new treasures. We particularly liked the atmosphere in the local campo of San Giacomo dall’Orio.
